City Slickers offer you an alternative to that anonymous

gym or boring step-up session.

The class will give you an exclusive, measured and

comprehensive workout that is effective. Tone up, get

fit, loose inches and develop your rhythmical self with

the top professionals. This class is a great motivator and

a real stress buster!

Fee £5.00 (£4.50 concessions) payable on the door

Qualified in Personal Fitness Training. Exercise to music, Gym, Circuit Sessions, and Fitness Workout.
